Beekeepers and suppliers of products, materials, equipment and technological solutions attend the show, along with researchers and specialists in the sector from around the world.&nbsp;The congress combines an &nbsp;extensive product display with an academic programme, offering attendees a global vision of the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Argentina is in the forefront of honey production in the world. The main producers are professional beekeepers &#8211; usually large companies acquiring honey from thousands of bee families. As much as 90 per cent of Argentinian honey, classified as mixed-flower honey, is exported.
